Up until now you could only setup one Target Object per SObject Type. There is now the ability to be able to setup more than one and specify the record type it applies to.
Updating Source Records within a matched and merged group

Custom Rollups for Text Fields

Text field rollups provide the capability to bring notes or reference value data together in a single field on the master record. This new feature has been added in line with customer feedback and is intended to support use cases requiring a complete at-a-glance view at the master record level that includes text data hidden (one or more clicks away) at the transactional level.
